Privacy Policy

How Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest Wiki handles the small amount of data needed to run this site.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest Wiki ("we", "us", "our"), a fan-made community wiki. We are not affiliated with Bamtang Games, Trailmark Games or Coolabi.

Information we collect

We collect minimal information to operate this wiki:

  • Hosting data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
  • Local storage — if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser so it is remembered. We do not load analytics or tracking scripts.

We do not collect account information or payment details, and you never need to register to read any page.

How we use information

  • Provide and improve the wiki content and reading experience.
  • Detect and prevent spam or abuse.
  • Keep pages fast and reliable.

Third-party services

  • Hosting and CDN — to deliver content quickly and reliably.
  • Embedded video — the homepage trailer plays inside this site through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and the player only loads after you click play. Before that, only the trailer's cover image is requested from YouTube's image server.

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Hosting and embedded video providers may process technical data as described above.

Data security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect data in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

  • Disable or clear cookies through your browser settings.
  • Clear local storage in your browser to remove your saved theme preference.
  • Read the whole site without pressing play on any video, so no video player is loaded.
  • Ask us about data related to your visit by email.

Children's privacy

This site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and it offers no accounts, comments or forms that would ask for it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
